Reception and information
The group welcomes Patrick: He lives in Genappe and works as driver of heavy trucks and storekeeper. He had also a training of plumber and likes to arrange. It is him which had come to make the BBQ during the meeting of associated to Good Pasteur.
The group shares the news of absent and those which took part in the meeting of August. To maintain and nurture the contacts, the group specifies the following organization:
Michel commits himself transmitting the statement of each meeting to each one. He translates it into Portuguese and English and transmits the whole to Stephan for the site. When innovations are put on line, Michel sends an email to all the participants of the meeting.
Myriam is committed regularly telephoning the various members of the group who cannot be regular with the meetings (for family health reasons and/or difficulties).
Mijo is committed maintaining a bond friendly by email with the participants of the meeting of July (with the birthdays, for example).
Within the framework of the Widened General Advice, Edith was solicited by the generalship to speak about associated during one day whose topic is: “which are our germs of hope? ” She will have a speaking time of 1 hour. It divides with the group the contents of its talk in which it includes the history of the group of Belgium , the questions which were posed in the Congregation at the beginning of the movement of associated and the way which was traversed since. Not knowing reality apart from Europe, its talk approaches especially the situation in Western Europe .

Development of the new project .
For recall: during the preceding meeting, the group had decided to organize a voyage on the steps of the founders for the schools resulting from the Congregation in Belgium . It is now a question of specifying the objectives, of determining a date, of choosing a public, and of seeing how to contact it. Before entering the sharp one of the subject, each one shares its memories of the experiments passed to Lorraine . One raises particularly the reception, user-friendliness, the made environment of holidays, of tourism, relaxation, cultural exchanges and interesting visits.
The places which marked are: markets, the museum, the basilica of Mattaincourt, the school, relics in Nancy , the small film… It was so intense which one with the impression to be remained there 3 days whereas the stays last usually two days!
For the nearest voyage, one very clearly targets the professors and directions of the schools of Belgium . But so from the requests professors emanate coming from the schools of France , the group is ready to accommodate them.
The question of the duration of the voyage can be a brake for the professors having dependent. The idea is put forward to ask the directions if these two days (even if that takes place the WE) could be regarded as day of formation, which would make it possible to the professors “to recover” then certain hours, to have a possible intervention in the expenses and would give to the project a visibility and larger credibility).

OBJECTIVES :
The objectives are:
to continue to look further into the bonds between us through a joint project
to widen the group of the associates
- if the group increases with professors, that will facilitate the transmission of the charisma and the teaching project within the schools
- to propose two days of healing and an approach concretes spirituality of the founders
to create bonds between professors of the schools of the Congregation
inter schools
to allow the directions and the professors to become, in their schools, of the relays of the charisma and the pedagogy of Pierre Fourier and Alix Le Clerc
- to facilitate the formation of groups with/around the direction to stand as guarantor of it
to feed knowledge of each one and to support a transverse approach intercourse
Professors of religion, history, geography, environmental studies can feel particularly concerned
- The contents of the voyage should be able to be worked again through the courses by doing it parallel between the time of Pierre Fourier and ours.
In addition to the interest for our own group, it is a question of proposing to the professors “teaching days” inter schools being able to give consistency to their courses, to create/strengthen the bonds between them at the school of Pierre Fourier and Alix le Clerc with an aim that sets up, in each school, a group, carrying the teaching charisma of Pierre Fourier and Alix le Clerc today.

Marie Paule Dubart was contacted and confirms that it would be possible, according to the number, to place in Porcieux ( 22 km of Marraincourt) or possibly among Cistercians, in a hotel à Rouvoix or à Praye.

Michel, Myriam and Véro very quickly will make a paper intended for the directions of the schools presenting the two days objectives.

The goal is to inform them and obtain their collaboration to inform/motivate the professors. During the nearest meeting, one will leave the reactions of the directions to refine the project. It remains important that professors feel free but also encouraged to take part! Then, an invitation will be put in the rack of each professor. One will also test, within each school, to find “driving belts” being able to cause a greater participation.

Next meeting on April 3 at Véro (17 ch. Charleroi at 1471 Genappe/Loupoigne)
From the reactions of the directions AND desires/projects of the group, one will continue the preparation of the voyage while specifying:
what each one can bring/deal with according to its own competences and centers of interests
the “tools” which we would like to place at the disposal of the participants (ex: a notebook taking again some tracks to be exploited in the courses)
concrete questions: carpooling, housing, reception, food, etc….
