The prayer prepared by Marie Luce introduces us directly in the middle of the meeting, inviting us to read again our presence of associates and nuns, Christians engaged in the Church and the world. Candles, boxes of matches and short phrases given in gift will help with us to remember it!

As usual, the meeting is festive: delicious sauerkraut cooked by Mijo and traditional succulent tarts prepared by Myriam, wine and beer at will!

Unanimously, this session was a success for its natural user-friendliness, the way in which each one was let carry by the exchanges and the meetings, the family atmosphere and the speed with which major bonds were created in spite of the simplicity of the means implemented (ex: translation).

The success also comes owing to the fact that each one, in the group, kept to its commitments, putting its own gifts and competences at the service of the unit. The opening of Marguerite, fun moments, the desire of the participants “to play the game” and to build true meetings in spite of the cultural differences and of sensitivity, times of informal meetings (ex: small glasses at Grand Place), the quality of the excursions and of their organization, are also factors of success.

The deepening of the founders became a “pretext” to deepen a heart in heart with each one.

The group raises also the joy related to the presence of the “Cap Verde” and Dorothéa and the depth of the bonds with Hungary and Slovakia .

It regrets some however there:

•  the absence of representatives of Congo , Vietnam and Brazil

•  the day on Mère Alix appeared more difficult

•  the place was not very comfortable in housing

Since the meeting, the site is more consulted. Until now, the countries keep to their commitments concerning the contribution of testimony and the intentions of prayer.

To still instigate it, it is decided that:

•  - to each new setting on line, an email is sent by Stephan to the associates, inviting them to consult the site. (a manner of creating the practice)

•  - one benefits from all the occasions (formal and abstract) to invite any associate (of all the countries) to write something there

Greetings card

On the basis of suggestion of Myriam, Marie Luce makes us a proposal of a greetings card taking again the photograph of the Belgian associates who took part in the meeting and of a photograph of the group. Each associate is invited to write his own wishes under his photograph.

Stephan will make us a beautiful page layout; Michel will deal with the translation. This chart will be sent:

•  by email with the associates, vicars and religious referents of the groups “except Europe ”

•  by post office: to European associates having taken part in the meeting and/or known us, with the sisters referents of the groups of associated in Europe, with the sisters of Belgium, the Directions of the schools of Belgium, Philippe Goeseels and his group, to Patrick Bouckaert (who made the barbecue).

Others bonds

The telephone should be more used between us. Myriam takes that in heart.

Mijo is also committed sending news by Internet regularly. (Information concerning the meetings of associated other countries - to know the person which will be able to inform in each one of these countries)

The group regrets not having more had news of certain members of the session, in particular of Ireland and Ildico whose address email mentioned in the notebook comprised an error. It is important to transmit the news which one receives from the ones and others.

It seems also important to us to seek to widen the group. Are some badly at ease because one wonders how to speak about lived about the group and that to say to give desire for taking part in it? The following points are thus elucidated: the Belgian associates, it is a group of people who in common have a certain proximity with the Congregation and who want to make things together and of living of this spirituality through various projects which one decides rotating assembly around education “with the mode of the founders” and of solidarity. It is a group of division and engagement is not too constraining.

From here the next meeting, each one engages with speaking about the group to one or two people and if required to invite them to take part in a meeting. One will take stock with the next meeting.

•  Financial solidarity

The session was less expensive than envisaged because one could negotiate a price with Good Pasteur and because the group had enormously brought material and things for the pauses. Consequently, the group decides to keep a small sum in operation costs. One will restock the case by a contribution so necessary.

One also decides to pour:

•  1000 euros in solidarity with a project of Vietnam . Sisterr Thanh Nga proposes to us to support a nursery school which was extremely damaged at the time of the last rains.

•  1000 euros in solidarity with the project of Fidélie sister in Congo . She settled as psychologist with two other colleagues and would like to be centered on the problem of the women and young girls victims of rape by the guerrillas. These women often were driven out of their place of origin and arrive without incomes downtown. Fidélie must often contribute to their medical assumption of responsibility (AIDS).

•  Nouveau projet

In addition to all that was already evoked above, the group proposes to organize a voyage in Lorraine for the schools in October 2011. The purpose of this voyage would be firstly intended for teachers and the directions and would be to look further into together the spirit which one wishes to live in the schools. There would be times of division, times of deepening of spirituality, etc
